Power Down Indicator
(EV only)
This light illuminates when the vehicle power is limited for the safety of the high-powered parts of an electric vehicle. This may happen for the following reasons:
- The temperature of the high-voltage battery is too high or too low
- The temperature of the motor is high
- The high-voltage battery level is too low or is decreasing
Do not accelerate or start the vehicle suddenly when the Power Down Indicator is illuminated. See your owner’s manual for additional information.
Charging Connector Indicator
(EV only)
When the charging connector is connected to the vehicle, this green light illuminates for about one minute.
High-Voltage Battery Level
(EV only)
This light illuminates when the high-voltage battery level is low. Charge the high-voltage battery as soon as possible.
Parking Brake
This light should display whenever your parking brake is applied; it will go off once the parking brake is released.
If it illuminates when the parking brake is NOT applied, your brake fluid level may be low. Drive carefully to the nearest safe location and stop your vehicle. Do not drive your vehicle until the brake fluid is filled to a normal level. Have your vehicle inspected by your Hyundai dealer, and check your owner’s manual for more information.
Anti-lock Brake System (ABS)
If this light remains illuminated after the vehicle has been started, or if it comes on while driving, there may be a malfunction with the Anti-lock Brake System. The regular hydraulic braking system will still operate, but be sure to have the ABS inspected by your Hyundai dealer as soon as possible.
Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) System
If the ABS warning and parking brake warning lights are on simultaneously, there may be a problem with the Electronic Brake Force Distribution system. If this occurs, your brake system may not function normally. Avoid high-speed driving and sudden braking, and have your vehicle inspected by your preferred Hyundai dealer as soon as possible
Downhill Brake Control (DBC)
This light illuminates when you activate the Downhill Brake Control system by pressing the DBC button. The light will blink when the DBC system is operating. It will turn yellow if there is a malfunction with the DBC system. If this occurs, have your vehicle inspected by your preferred Hyundai dealer.

Regenerative Brake
(EV only)
When the Brake warning light (red) and the Regenerative Parking Brake warning light (yellow) illuminate simultaneously, the regenerative brake system is not operating and the brakes will not perform well. Drive safely and have your vehicle inspected by your preferred dealer as soon as possible.
Engine Oil Level
You’ll see this light whenever your engine oil level needs to be checked. Do so as soon as possible. Add oil as required or, if it is time, see your dealer for an oil change.
Even if this light does not illuminate, be sure to check your engine oil level periodically and top it off as needed. Refer to your owner’s manual for important information regarding engine oil levels.
Engine Oil Pressure
If you see this light, your engine oil pressure is low. Drive carefully to the nearest safe location, stop your vehicle, and turn the engine off. Check the engine oil level and add oil as needed. If the warning light remains on after adding oil — or if oil is not available — do not drive your vehicle. Contact your Hyundai dealer as soon as possible.
If the engine is not stopped immediately when this warning light appears, severe damage may result. Continued driving with this light on may cause engine failure.
Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)
If this light remains illuminated after the vehicle has been started, or if it comes on while driving, there may be a malfunction with the emission control system, engine, or powertrain. Have your vehicle inspected soon by your preferred Hyundai dealer to avoid possible damage.
Service Warning Light
(EV only)
If this light remains illuminated after the vehicle has been started, or if it comes on while driving, there may be a problem with related parts of the electric vehicle control system, such as sensors, etc. If this occurs, have your vehicle inspected by your preferred Hyundai dealer.
Airbag Warning Light
If this light remains illuminated after the vehicle has been started, or if it comes on while driving, there may be a malfunction with the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS). Have your vehicle inspected by your preferred Hyundai dealer.

Forward Safety
If this light remains illuminated after the vehicle has been started, or if it comes on while driving, there may be a malfunction with the Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist. Have your vehicle inspected by your preferred Hyundai dealer.
Driver Attention Warning Light
When blinking, the Driver Attention Warning system has determined that the driver should take a break.
When illuminated continuously, the front-view camera is blocked or the Driver Attention Warning is either disabled or malfunctioning. If it remains illuminated after removing the blockage from the sensor, have your vehicle inspected by your preferred dealer as soon as possible.

When your vehicle detects that the road may be icy, the Icy Road Warning indicator will blink several times and then remain illuminated.
LED Headlights
If this light remains illuminated after the vehicle has been started, or if it comes on while driving, there may be a malfunction with the LED headlights. Driving with the LED Headlights warning light on (or blinking) may reduce LED headlight life. Have your vehicle inspected by your preferred Hyundai dealer.
